Emma Dawas

Emma has led the Human Resources function at Scitech since 2017. A trusted advisor to the business, Emma develops people policies and practices that attract, develop and retain talented people to support a strong, sustainable business. 

Emma has enjoyed transferring her experience of working across a variety of customer focussed organisations of varying sizes in technology, distribution and financial services, to the life sciences sector. Emma holds a master’s degree in human resource management and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Emma particularly enjoys the HR challenge that Scitech provides as a business that is growing and expanding into other territories.
