Steve McCulloch – H&S & Quality Consultant
Steve is responsible for working closely with all teams in the business as he managers and maintains all aspects of Health and Safety and the ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System. As Health & Safety Manager Steve has been involved in project related Health and Safety since CDM 1994, qualified as a planning supervisor; then as CDM Coordinator; CDM2007, now IMaPs CDM2015.
He has over twenty years project management and team management experience, working for blue chip pharmaceutical companies and covering all aspects of manufacturing, packaging and facility projects. During this time he has developed a sound knowledge and experience of electrical, mechanical, construction systems and methods. This and the experience working with CDM proves invaluable in completing audits and helping propose effective solutions to risks and hazards.
Since managing the transition from ISO9001:2008 to ISO9001:2015, he continues to manage all aspects of the QMS including external audits with assessors and clients.
Steve is recognised for an ability to improve systems and resolve issues by providing practical cost-effective solutions, which includes the use of automated document templates and forms.
