Project Manager – Cardiff, Wales & Godalming, Surrey

We are looking for two Project Managers, with a minimum of 15 years relevant experience, to support our existing and expanding team of Project Management and Design professionals, based in our Cardiff and Head Office in Godalming, Surrey. In order to fulfil this key role, candidates will have experience of delivering full service EPCMV projects, with particular emphasis on construction management, preferably within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sector. They will also be able to demonstrate competence in working with recognised project management principles and practice across a range of project values from small works up to £25m capital value.

With strong organisational, communication and management skills, as well as the ability to manage concurrent projects, candidates will also be able to successfully develop, inspire and lead project teams to deliver objectives.

Candidates will need a background in a relevant building or engineering discipline, with subject matter expertise and ideally be chartered or working towards chartered status with a recognised professional body. Strong competence in time, cost, quality and relationship management are essential requirements of this role. Experience of preparing tenders for new business would be highly advantageous.

The role will require visiting client sites and hence flexibility towards travelling will be required.
