The Company pays your annual premium and can arrange for ‘lifetime partners’, spouses and dependent children to be added to the group scheme (at your own cost).
You’ll start on a generous holiday allowance and further days will be credited to you based on completed years of service up to a maximum of 28 days.
The Company’s Group Life Assurance Policy compensates employees’ dependants in the unfortunate event of the employee’s death in service. This policy covers all employees subject to insurability and pays a benefit of 3 times salary.

Scitech offers an electric car leasing scheme to UK employees. In return for leasing a brand new electric car for a fixed term of your choosing, you can save money on your monthly motoring costs.
The Company pays a contribution of 8% of your basic salary into the Group Personal Pension Plan on your behalf. You will also have the option of sacrificing salary for additional pension contributions.
