The Candidate
We’re looking for raw talent, not the finished article. You’ll be someone with an appreciation of building services and/or architectural building design having been exposed to it through your studies or perhaps through a work placement or working environment. You may have recently completed a course in building, construction, architecture, structural/civil engineering, or Computer Aided Design. More importantly you will be ambitious with a strong desire to learn and develop yourself. You’ll be a self-motivated individual who uses their initiative. You’ll be able to demonstrate how you have used a creative and a proactive approach at work or in your studies. Being able to work as part of a team is essential.

The Role
As part of the CAD team we will provide the support and training to enable you to become a CAD Technician producing co-ordinated 3D building services models and 2D drawings. You will work with our Architects, Engineers, Designers to create models and drawings to project and Company standards. We will develop your knowledge and capability of AutoCAD, Revit and other software packages as well as your understanding of Architectural and Building Services system terminology and process.
